Ensemble Information for 2027 Juno Submission
Hi, friends. We are submitting the Litany of St. Joseph for 2027 Juno consideration in two categories: Classical Recording (Large Ensemble), and Contemporary Christian/Gospel.
As you might already know, the JUNOS are a Canadian Music Award. If you’ve found your way here, you’ve received a communication requesting that you answer a few questions in order to verify that at least 51% of our ensemble residents are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.
Please note that, for every individual who may ultimately be nominated (including members of an orchestra), we require the demographic information in the submission form in order to support our reporting obligations.
While we understand that gathering this information can be onerous for large ensembles, it must be provided as part of the submission process. If any individual prefers not to disclose a particular demographic field, you may select or enter "Prefer not to answer" where applicable.
As such, the following information must be completed for each ensemble member in order to submit:
Full Legal Name
Preferred Pronouns
Citizenship
Proof of Citizenship
Hometown (City, Province, Country)
Current City and Province
Age
Ethnic Identity
Gender Identity
(*) Proof of citizenship or permanent residency is done by attestation. I will simply aggregate the data and submit a signed affidavit.
In the rare case they audit our submission, we may need to prove citizenship by way of a birth certificate or passport.
Storage & Deletion
All supplied information will be held securely in a two-factor authentication secure drive.
All information will be deleted by November 6, 2026.
Non-Submission
If you choose not to submit the required submission information, we will not be able to list you on the submission.
In the event we are nominated or win, we will be unable to formally recognize your contribution.
Deadline
Please complete the form below by midnight on November 2nd.
We will compile and submit this on November 3rd.
